CATERING

 

 

Catered events have a 40 person minimum. (Smaller groups see menu pricing.)

 

PORK:        $8 PER HEAD

 

You get:    8 oz of pork per person (can do sandwiches or plates)

                1 gallon of baked beans per every 20 people

                1 gallon of potato salad per every 20 people

                1 gallon of slaw per every 20 people

                Rolls or buns

                Sauce

                Sweet tea (20 oz. per person)

 

CHICKEN: $8 PER HEAD

 

You get:    ½ chicken per person

                White sauce

                Same amounts of side items as pork

 

RIBS:         $10 PER HEAD

 

You get:    4 ribs per person

                Your choice of sauces

                Baked beans

                White bread

                Sweet tea

 

Good Times also offers on-site cooking for certain events, based on availability.  There is a $2 per person charge added for on-site cooking.

 

Good Times can also do catfish fillets, grilled chicken breasts, steak dinners, and buffalo wings from the menu for Matt and Gregg’s Grille.  Call us for those rates.

 

 

 ENTERTAINMENT

 

HIGH DEFINITION PROJECTORS:

 

TOTAL PACKAGE:  $350

 

Includes high definition projector, 12 foot jumbo screen, p.a. sound, plus delivery, set up, and tear down.

 

PROJECTOR AND SCREEN ONLY:  $300

PROJECTOR ONLY:  $200

SCREEN ONLY:  $100

 

 

 

LIVE BANDS:

 

Rates for bands will vary depending on the band, but Good Times will negotiate the best rate they can get for you.  Bands will generally

cost between $400.00 to $1000.00 but some locally renowned

bands for larger corporate events may demand a higher fee for service.

 

Typical band:  $100 - $150 an hour Minimum for 3 one hour sets

 

Booking fee:  $100

 

Typical minimum cost for a live band:  $400 - $550

 

Extra time over three hours can be negotiated with band but there is a 3 hour Minimum.

 

Ex. 1st hour set

      15 minute break

      2nd hour set

      15 minute break

      3rd hour set

 

Total Time: 3 hrs 30 minutes (You are not charged for break time)

 

 

 

 

 

KARAOKE AND DJ’S:

 

$75 an hour for 3 hours minimum

 

Booking fee: $75

 

Total Cost: $300 for 3 hours of karaoke or live DJ

 

 

 

FUNDRAISERS:

 

$400 MINIMUM- Regardless of type of fundraiser

$50- Delivery and storage fee, if applicable

$4- Cooking fee for each Boston butt

$2- Cooking fee for each chicken
