CANCELLATION POLICY:

 

Good Times requires cancellations to be made at least 72 hours in advance in order to receive a full refund.  Good Times requires this only to prevent the unneeded delivery of perishable food items, which will never be delivered more than 48 hours before a planned event.  In the event that cancellation can not be made in the allotted time, Good Times will make every effort to stop delivery of the perishable items.  However, if said delivery can not be cancelled, the customer will be responsible for the associated costs.  This policy is part of your service agreement.

 

WEATHER:

 

Good Times has the right to protect its equipment in the case of inclement weather.  If you have ordered a hi def projector and related equipment for an outdoor viewing and it has to be cancelled prior to the equipment being delivered and set up, the fee for the equipment will be refunded in full.  If the viewing has to be cancelled after delivery and set up but before the start of the event, the fee shall be refunded minus a $50 delivery and set up fee.  Any cancellations due to weather after the event has started will be prorated based on the type of event being viewed:  For example, a football game will be prorated in 25% increments based on what quarter the game is in.  If the equipment has to be pulled out in the third quarter of the football game, then 25% of the fee is refunded.

 

LIVE ENTERTAINMENT:

 

All live entertainment (bands, d.j.’s, karaoke) that is booked through Good Times are independent contractors and are not employees of Good Times Catering and Entertainment, Co. LLC.  All live entertainment is booked for a 3 hour block of time, and any extended hours is solely up to the customer and the entertainer(s).

 

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that hosting live entertainment is permissible on their chosen site and at their chosen time.  Good Times is not responsible for booked events being shut down by local authorities and refunds will not be issued in these cases, so make sure you can host a band before booking one.
